The Kentucky Derby was this past weekend. I had made it a tradition the past few years to bake Mint Julep Cupcakes and watch the race on TV with a few friends. Instead, this year while the horses were running, I was out to dinner with my family celebrating Mother's Day a little early. I didn't place any bets this year, but I know some of you out there did.
