Mix Tape Monday

This week's pick is an oldie, but a goodie. And it also happens to be "our song." "This Must Be The Place" by the Talking Heads. I had some lyrics from this song engraved into a silver guitar pick for my man's birthday this year. If you've heard it before, it's worth the revisit. If not, it's as relevant today as when it was first released. Download it from amazon here.

Mix Tape Monday

Mix Tape Monday is a chance for me to recommend a song that I'm currently obsessed with, for you all to add to your own mixes/playlists. This past week I've been listening to the new Animal Collective album called Merriweather Post Pavillion. And while I'm loving the album as a whole, the one song that has been on slightly heavier rotation this past week has been "Summertime Clothes."
