dude, bummer

ugh. remember how excited I was about my new labels? How great and professional they look? I have sewn them into about 5 wallets, and I was photographing them tonight to put on etsy. when editing my photos, I noticed there was a problem. A big problem...

Can you spot it?

My great, super professional brand new labels, of which I have 300.... have the wrong URL on them!! The graphic I sent to be made into the labels had the correct URL: www.capowcapow.com  My labels say www.cappwcapow.com  The o in the first capow is a p!! I sent an email to see if they will fix this mistake. Am I wrong in expecting them to redo my order free of charge? I mean, I paid about $55 for these labels that are basically completely useless to me. I'm kind of upset.

But here is a picture of the newest wallets I've made (which have to bum labels on the inside...):

that is so sad! I think they should def. fix! If you proofed and it was wrong then maybe no but if the proof was right they should cover it.

I'm so sorry to hear that! It is their obligation to fix that mistake, unless you were the one that gave the typo. I hope everything will be ok.

I think if you gave them the correct spelling, it's totally their obligation - if they want to maintain good customer relations, that is.

Not at all. If you sent the file in with the right url and the proof had the right url they HAVE to redo them for free. You'd never let a printer get away with that nonsense.
